Welcome to the 2021 ESU 4 Engaging Educators Virtual Conference! We hope that you have a great experience at the virtual conference. Below is a list of logistics that will help make the day go as smoothly as possible both for presenters and attendees.
- Please make sure the Zoom app is updated on your device prior to the start of the conference. Below is an instructional video that demonstrates how to do this.
- If you have not already done so, please visit the Conference Schedule page and either log into Sched or create a profile for Sched, and then click on the sessions you plan to attend throughout the day. We would also like you to leave feedback on Sched for the sessions you attended. There is an instructional video (below) that demonstrates this process.
- If you have any issues with Sched, we recommend you try a different web browser and that should resolve any issues.
- Presenters: if you have handouts or materials you would like to share, please email them to [email protected] to have them attached to your session on the online schedule. You are also welcome to share them with your attendees via the chat in Zoom during your session.
- Presenters: please review your settings in Zoom (i.e. waiting room, passcode, etc.). You are welcome to have a friend or colleague be a co-host on Zoom during your session.
